ServiceI just bought some mountain bike parts from this store and honestly, I was pretty let down by the whole experience. The customer service wasn't great, and it felt like they were just focused on selling stuff instead of really looking after what I wanted as a customer.

ServiceI was thinking of buying a 11-year-old bike from The Pro's Closet, but the customer service was disappointing. When I asked about making an offer, they flat out said prices are non-negotiable. The guy, Matthew, was grumpy, impolite, and acted all superior, which really rubbed me the wrong way.

ServiceI can't stress enough how crucial it is to have a good variety of bikes to choose from when you're looking for the right one. The Pro's Closet totally gets this and does a great job of keeping their stock fresh. It's pretty impressive that they can ship bike parts with no big issues, considering all the different components involved. While it's tough for every mechanic to catch every little detail, it's how they handle problems that really sets them apart. I've bought a total of 5 bikes from The Pro's Closet and had issues with 2 of them. The first one had messed up dropouts, which made the rear wheel shift during hard pedaling. They missed this issue in their quality check, but were cool about taking the bike back and giving me a full refund plus a 10% discount on my next purchase. The second bike was a gravel bike that didn't fit right and had toe overlap problems. Once again, they took it back no problem and even covered the return shipping. The team at The Pro's Closet has been super easy to reach and work with, offering awesome customer service. Plus, their prices are unbeatable - you can get awesome bikes at half the price of new ones. I'm really happy with my experience and will definitely go back to The Pro's Closet for any future bike buys.
Bike sale rejection
Bike sale rejection
ServiceI was totally let down by my experience at The Pro's Closet. I was so pumped to sell my fancy gravel bike with a sweet custom paint job, but it ended up being a total disaster. They turned down my $12,000 bike because they said they couldn't check it out properly, and just said they weren't interested. Like, seriously? How can they call themselves pros when they can't even do a basic inspection? I'd have better luck selling on eBay than dealing with these inexperienced folks.

ServiceI can't believe the audacity of this place. I bought a used bike from them and it turned out to be a total disaster. They did ship it quickly, so I'll give them that. But when I reached out to them a few days after getting the bike to share my concerns, they were completely unhelpful. They didn't seem to care at all that the bike had problems, all they wanted to do was get rid of it. And on top of that, when I tried to sell it back to them, they offered me a fraction of what I paid. It's just absurd! Plus, the frame ended up cracking after only a few rides. Who knows what would've happened if I had taken it on more challenging trails. The fact that this company lacks accountability is truly shocking. They sell faulty bikes and couldn't care less about their customers' safety. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this place.
