PriceHey there, so I bought a pair of shoes online and was totally surprised to get hit with sneaky import charges out of nowhere. I talked to this guy named Mathew in customer service, but he wasn't much help. He basically said the import fees were my own problem. The website made it seem like the only shipping charges I'd have to worry about were posted, but they conveniently left out any info about import charges. So, in the end, the shoes cost way more than I thought they would. It just feels kind of sketchy to not be straight up about that from the beginning. I'm definitely gonna tell everyone about this bad experience so they know to stay far away from this company.
