DeliverySelling my top-notch ebike to TPC almost turned into a complete disaster, eh? My bike ended up all banged up during shipping because the local bike shop didn't pack it properly, you know. The frame was all messed up and the offer from TPC got cancelled. Luckily, the TPC person I talked to offered to buy the parts that were still good. We negotiated on the price a little bit, but in the end, we reached a deal that was fair to me, you know. Now I have to deal with the bike shop, but at least TPC came through for me when I needed them, eh.
