CommunicationI recently bought a saddle from this store, hoping to try out a new brand. But man, was I let down. I'm up here in Canada, and TPC ships with FedEx. So when my package showed up, I was floored to see FedEx had tacked on a huge surcharge for being a customs broker without asking me first. Like, come on. I knew I'd have to pay duties and taxes, but this extra fee totally blindsided me. When I got in touch with FedEx, turns out TPC had gone ahead and agreed to cover those fees for me, without even checking with me first. So now I'm stuck in a bind. And when I tried to get some help from TPC, they basically said tough luck, I agreed to those charges by using Shop Pay, even though they never clearly spelled that out when I was checking out. This whole lack of transparency and support from TPC has left me feeling super frustrated and bummed out.
