I gotta say, the stuff I bought was really top-notch quality and looked exactly how I wanted it to. I'm a big fan of the unique style and workmanship of the items I got. And let me tell ya, the customer service was amazing. The folks working there knew their stuff, were quick to respond, and went out of their way to help me out. They really made sure I was happy with what I bought. All in all, I had a great time shopping there.

If you're considering buying from them, just skip it. My partner bought me an armchair and throw blanket for my birthday, but then realized they had the wrong address right after. When he called to correct it, he was met with lies, terrible service, and now we're stuck with a $200+ purchase. They could have just cancelled the order, but no, they blame their AI system for everything. Last I checked, it's people making the decisions, not robots. Trust me, stay away from this company like it's the plague.

So, I bought this really cool handmade wall hanging a while back, but I didn't get around to hanging it up until recently because I was busy renovating my room. When I finally took it out of the box, one of the hangings slipped off the rod and the material started to shred. I tried a bunch of things to fix it, but nothing worked. I reached out to customer service and sent them some detailed photos of the problem and my concerns. At first, they gave me some good advice, but when that didn't work, they quickly sent me a shipping label to return the item. They ended up replacing it with a brand new one. I was really impressed by the level of service and care they showed me as a customer. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
