Linen sheets purchase
Linen sheets purchase
CommunicationI bought some linen sheets back in February, eh, and come September, there was this big ol' hole in 'em, ya know? I tried talking to customer service so many times - sent 'em seven emails and left eleven voicemails - but never heard back. It was really disappointing 'cause I thought I was doin' my part by choosin' somethin' sustainable, ya know what I mean?
Stonewashed Linen Shams - King Set / Sand Stripe
Stonewashed Linen Shams - King Set / Sand Stripe
CommunicationI bought these Stonewashed Linen Shams in King size and Sand Stripe color, but they sent me the wrong color. I contacted customer service and they said they would send the right one, but it's been a month and I still haven't received anything or heard back from them. It's really annoying that they're not keeping me updated, especially since these shams were expensive. Now I have to deal with all the trouble of disputing the charge on my credit card just to try and get my money back.
