Returns & RefundsI bought a handwoven rug online and it wasn't what I expected at all. The colors were muted and the size was smaller than I thought. When I contacted customer service to complain, they weren't helpful and didn't really address my concerns. Plus, the fees to return the rug were crazy high. All in all, dealing with this company was a bad experience and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
