DeliveryI bought a carpet from this company and I was super disappointed with how they packaged it. When I got the carpet today, it was just rolled up and tossed into a box without any wrapping or protection. The box was all beat up and I couldn't believe the carpet wasn't damaged. It's clear they didn't take care in handling it. This whole experience has really turned me off from ordering from them again.
