The Children's Place - Reviews and experiences

I recently ordered something online from this company and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. They split my order into two packages, and while I got the first one no problem, the second one was nowhere to be found. The tracking said it was delivered but it definitely wasn't at my door. I tried reaching out to USPS for help, but they weren't very useful. Their customer service was a joke, all I got were automated messages and no one ever answered the phone. I even went to one of their stores in person, but no luck there either. After four attempts, all I got was the same automated response. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from them ever again.

I recently bought $115 worth of kids' clothes, but they never showed up. I tried to track down the package but just got a runaround from both the shipping company and the store. I got stuck dealing with automated messages and unhelpful customer service, and it was beyond frustrating. I reached out to the store several times, but every time it was jammed with calls or I got cut off. When I finally got through, they just told me the package was delivered and there was nothing they could do. The whole process of going back and forth between the shipping company and the store with no solution in sight made me wish I never ordered in the first place. It was a total letdown, a complete waste of my time and money.
