CommunicationI recently made a purchase from this company and to my disappointment, my order arrived later than I had anticipated. When I reached out to them to find out what was going on, they didn't respond to my emails or calls. This lack of communication made it really challenging for me to sort things out, and it left me feeling annoyed and let down by their customer service. I ended up having to deal with my bank to dispute the charge and get my money back. All in all, I wouldn't suggest ordering from this company if you care about getting your order on time and receiving good customer service.
