The Children's Place - Reviews and experiences

I had a little problem with my rush shipping order recently, but the customer service I got was top-notch. The manager really went out of their way to get my order to me on time, and I'm grateful for that. It's nice to see a company that really values its customers and will do whatever it takes to fix things. I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again because of this great experience.

Today, me and my mom went to the store to buy some cute clothes for my little sister. But when we got there, we found out they closed the store one hour early for inventory! How irresponsible is that?! We came all the way from Laval to shop here, and they just closed the doors in front of us like it was no big deal. I am so mad, I don't think we will ever come back to this store again. It's just not fair to do that to customers.

I recently bought some kids' clothes from this store and I gotta say, it was not a great experience. The customer service there is seriously lacking. I made a mistake with my order and when I tried to fix it right away, they basically said tough luck. Not cool. They wouldn't budge and just kept throwing the blame on the shipping company. It was really frustrating. Plus, talking to reps who couldn't speak English well just made things worse. Bottom line, my time at this store was pretty disappointing and I'd recommend thinking twice before buying from there.
