I picked up some clothes from here and I gotta say, I wasn't thrilled with the whole thing. To start, they charge two bucks every month even when your card is empty. Like, that's not cool, buddy. And when I tried to cancel my account, it was a real headache. They insisted on sending the cancellation papers by fax, who even has one of those nowadays? It's like they don't want you to leave. I had to give them a call because I couldn't cancel online, and they wouldn't even send me an email confirming it. After lots of arguing, they finally agreed to mail me that confirmation. Seriously though, who needs all that hassle?

I recently bought some school clothes for my grandson online and thought I'd get a deal by opening a new account. But, I ran into some issues with the billing that left me confused and frustrated. When the new card came in the mail, I saw that the account number didn't match the one on the statement I got a few days later. So now, I've got a credit balance on the account with the card and a past due balance on the account I never got a card for. It's been tough trying to fix this mix-up, and it's been really stressful and inconvenient.
