Bought big cream, supposed to get free Essence
So, eh, I decided to try ordering from Tatcha for the first time because they had a promotion going on, but man, did they disappoint me. I was supposed to receive a free 75ml Essence with my order, but it was missing from the package when it arrived. And to make matters worse, there weren't any free samples included, just the pricey face cream. I tried sending them an email, but didn't get any response. Their chatbot was useless, and they didn't even answer when I tried calling them. It's like they couldn't care less about their customers.
Difficulty placing order
Geez, trying to place an order on their website was a total nightmare. A few days ago, I tried to buy something but ran into all sorts of problems. First off, I couldn't get the code needed for checkout, even though the website said it was an automatic thing. I sent an email asking for help, and today I finally got a response, but it didn't even address my checkout problem. I asked for a phone number, called them up, got a new password, and tried to checkout again. And guess what? The "review order" button wouldn't even work. After another call to customer service, I managed to place my order over the phone, and they said they sent me a confirmation email. Strangely enough, I never got that confirmation, even after checking my spam folder like they told me to. I was so frustrated that I decided to email them and cancel my order, but then they called me back just to confirm the cancellation and hung up on me right after. Can you believe it? This company really needs to get it together, for real.
Overcharged; lack of communication
I was so surprised when I saw that they took out over a hundred bucks more from my bank account than what was on my receipt. I quickly shot them an email to sort it out, but all I got back was a robot reply almost a month ago and nothing since. Can't get a hold of them through chat or phone, and I'm stuck not being able to fix this mistake. This whole thing has been a total nightmare and I won't be shopping there ever again.
Over £200 purchase for Lucky 24 free gift

Hey there! So I absolutely adore Tatcha products, right? I splurged on over £200 worth of stuff, but I was pretty bummed to find out there was no Lucky bag included. I was really hoping to share some minis with my friends, you know? I really hope this isn't some sneaky tactic to get us to buy more. I spent $100 on stuff just to get a free lucky dip bag. When my order came, it was so light. I opened it up, and all there was inside was tissue paper and a thank you card. I couldn't believe it! When I contacted them, they weren't very nice at first. They sent another order but didn't include the free bag. I reached out again, and they said they were out of stock. They sent me two Camellia cleansing oils and a travel-size rice polish to make it right. It turned out okay in the end, but I don't think I'll buy from them again.
Large order, expected free lucky bag
I ordered a bunch of stuff hoping to get that cool free lucky bag, but I got my package and it wasn't in there. I looked at my receipt again and it was definitely supposed to be included. I was so annoyed and disappointed, so I tried to contact customer service right away, but they were closed until Monday. I'm not going to just let this go - if I don't get this sorted out properly and quickly, I'll take more serious action. Check back on Monday, I'll let you know what happens.

I ordered some skincare stuff and I was really looking forward to trying it out. But it never showed up! It seems they lost it somewhere in California. I tried to get in touch with them but no one ever got back to me. So rude!

So I made a purchase from this company recently and gotta say, it wasn't the best experience. Ordering was a pain and trying to get ahold of customer service? Forget about it. Spent a good chunk of change on their stuff, so I was hoping for some top-notch customer service. And then the shipping? Took way longer than they said and the method wasn't as good as other places I've ordered from. All in all, my first order with them was a letdown. Definitely making me think twice about ordering from them again.
Indigo Night Crème purchase
Eh, so I bought the Indigo Night Crème and man, was I ever disappointed with the amount in the jar. The ads made it look like it was overflowing, but when I opened it up, it was definitely not as full as they made it seem. It definitely felt like false advertising and I definitely didn't get as much product as I was expecting.
