I ordered some skincare stuff and I was really looking forward to trying it out. But it never showed up! It seems they lost it somewhere in California. I tried to get in touch with them but no one ever got back to me. So rude!

So I made a purchase from this company recently and gotta say, it wasn't the best experience. Ordering was a pain and trying to get ahold of customer service? Forget about it. Spent a good chunk of change on their stuff, so I was hoping for some top-notch customer service. And then the shipping? Took way longer than they said and the method wasn't as good as other places I've ordered from. All in all, my first order with them was a letdown. Definitely making me think twice about ordering from them again.

Eh, so I bought the Indigo Night Crème and man, was I ever disappointed with the amount in the jar. The ads made it look like it was overflowing, but when I opened it up, it was definitely not as full as they made it seem. It definitely felt like false advertising and I definitely didn't get as much product as I was expecting.

I just have to say, I ordered some makeup stuff online and it was seriously so easy. I got my stuff the very next day and with free shipping, too! The packaging was super pretty and the products were amazing. I wish all high-end brands were this awesome, I feel like a queen right now. Thank you so much, you're amazing!
