I bought this fancy jacket from Sunny Sports, but then the zipper broke after only a few times wearing it. I was really disappointed with the quality of the jacket and felt like I got totally ripped off. When I tried to return it, they gave me a hard time and said I had to contact the manufacturer myself. That's terrible customer service and I won't stand for it.

So, I got these 2 camp chairs, eh? But then I realized they were too short so I thought I'd swap them for different ones. I told them I never even used them, had all the tags and everything, but they said no way could I return them. Like, for real? Why did it take so long for them to tell me that? Not cool, eh. They arrived at my door really quickly, but then I realized they weren't exactly what I wanted. So I had to return them, and that's when things got a bit frustrating. They charged me $5 for some tax credit thing and then $13 for shipping, which ended up affecting the refund amount. I was so disappointed that I won't be buying anything from them again. I'll just stick with a company that offers free returns and a true 100% money-back guarantee. Oh well, what a shame!
