CheckoutI recently made a big purchase at Sunny Sports and was happy with what I got. But when I tried to buy another big item, I ran into a problem. Even though I explained that my billing address is a UPS mailbox for security reasons, they still wanted extra personal info that I felt was invasive. I thought it was unfair and showed a lack of trust towards me as a customer. Even after trying to talk it out and make things clear, they ended up canceling my order without a good reason. It caused me a lot of hassle and frustration.

CheckoutI ordered a tent from this store, but they made a mistake and canceled my order for no good reason. They claimed my card was declined, but there were no issues with it. To make matters worse, they still charged me $500! I tried to reach out by phone and email, but no one assisted me. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
