PriceI bought some outdoor boots from this store not too long ago. The website said there was free shipping for the boots, but when I went to pay, I still had to pay for shipping. I contacted customer service to ask about this and they asked for my order number, price, and delivery address to take off the shipping cost. But after I gave them all that, they said I couldn't get free shipping even though the ad said otherwise. I felt like they were being really dishonest and misleading. So, I decided to cancel my order.
