Sunny Sports - Reviews and experiences

I bought some swimwear at this store not too long ago, and I was pretty disappointed with how they handled my order. They sent me confirmation right away and charged my credit card, but then for days I heard nothing. When I finally checked online after 13 days, I found out my order was backordered with no other details. It's annoying that they didn't tell me about the delay sooner - it feels like they don't care about their customers. Luckily, they hadn't actually charged my card yet, or I would have been even more upset.

So, I bought some outdoor gear from this company, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. I was super pumped to get my stuff, but then things went south real fast. I called ahead to ask about what would happen if something was out of stock, and they said everything would ship right away. But then, after waiting three days, I get an email saying my stuff is on hold with no info on when the missing item will come in. Not cool. I cancelled my order right away and won't be shopping with them again. Their customer service is seriously lacking.
