ProductMy experience with this company was really disappointing. I ordered a pair of shoes that were supposed to be brand new, but when they arrived, they were clearly used - scratches, dirt, and scuffs everywhere. When I contacted the company for help, they were not helpful at all and didn't offer any solutions to fix the problem. And to top it all off, I found the previous customer's order slip still in the box with all their personal info. This kind of carelessness is just not okay.
