App & PortalUnfortunately, I wasn't too happy with the company. Their website was a bit of a mess, with links that didn't work and emails that went unanswered. It was a pain trying to get a return label for a pair of shoes that didn't fit, and when I finally spoke to someone in customer service, they didn't really help me out. It was annoying having to waste my time dealing with their website and trying to get in touch with them.
