Eh, I ordered two pairs of shoes from this super cool website. But you won't believe it, they were way too small for my feet, eh? Can you imagine? They were some real fancy shoes, but they were just all wrong for me, you know? So, I had to send 'em back. But the person I chatted with on Sunday night was just the best, eh! They really knew what they were talking about and were super friendly and nice. They helped me out in no time, eh.

I recently bought a Fjallraven keb jacket in black from this website. I was really looking forward to getting it, but when I opened the package, I saw that the jacket was not exactly how it was shown on the website. The picture online made it look like the jacket was all black, but the one I got had some grey accents too. I've shopped on this site before and never had any issues, but this time I was pretty let down by the misleading product description.

They made it super easy for me to get a refund when I changed my mind. Eventually, I ended up going back and getting the bindings because they had such a good deal. That led me to also buy a splitboard that's compatible, so now I'm all set for an awesome winter adventure with two splitboards!
