I bought something from this company not too long ago, and I was pretty disappointed because it wasn't what they said it was on their website or when I chatted with their customer service. It didn't live up to what I was hoping for, and when I mentioned it, they said I had to pay for the return shipping – like, really? I already paid for the first shipping! The whole thing just left a bad taste in my mouth.

After reading all the negative reviews, I was a bit unsure about ordering, but I found a pair of snow boots I really liked and thought why not give it a shot. Turns out, the boots came right on time and were exactly what I wanted. I was super happy with the quality and fit, so I went ahead and ordered 2 jackets too. Fingers crossed they're just as good! All in all, I'm pretty satisfied with how everything turned out and might just come back for more down the road.

I recently bought a Fjallraven keb jacket in black from this website. I was really looking forward to getting it, but when I opened the package, I saw that the jacket was not exactly how it was shown on the website. The picture online made it look like the jacket was all black, but the one I got had some grey accents too. I've shopped on this site before and never had any issues, but this time I was pretty let down by the misleading product description.
