I pushed back, sent the photos again, asked for a supervisor. Eventually they agreed to a full refund. It took persistence. The fix felt slow and messy. Communication was inconsistent. Someone didn’t make notes. Still, I did get my money back and that eased the worry I had before buying. The bag itself was fine in style and size for daily use. Overall I’m cautiously satisfied. I’d buy again only if I’m ready to follow up closely.

Would I recommend them? With a caveat: if you buy multiple items, double-check shipping charges and be ready to call. If you’re patient and persistent, you’ll probably get a fair result — it just might take a little nagging.

I'm really upset about the refund delay for the helmet I returned. The website promised a refund within 1-3 business days, but it's been 21 days already and still no refund.
