sent a replacement via FedEx that arrived on time, which eased my mind. Bad luck again — the replacement didn't fit, so I sent it back and reordered a different size. Now the new one is with DHL and tracking says it was handed to the post office in Illinois, then nothing for days. Can’t pretend that isn’t annoying. Still, the S&C rep was friendly and tried to help (gave tips, explained options), and their return/replacement flow is simple, which matters. If you buy, be ready to nudge the carrier; my tip: ask for FedEx if possible. I'm hanging on to see the last parcel arrive, but so far it's mostly been a decent experience. Overall I’m positive — their customer side did well, just wish delivery was more reliable.

Oh my goodness, I can't believe how fast my new shoes arrived! They came so quickly, I hardly had to wait at all. The customer service folks were super friendly too, they even picked up the phone on a weekend! The shoes were packed up real nice in a sturdy box, it was all so well done.
