CheckoutMan, that website was a pain to deal with when trying to buy something! I had trouble because they wanted an authorization code before I could finish my purchase. I told them that Amex doesn't give out this code to customers and that the merchant has to ask for it, but they wouldn't back down. I even called Amex to double-check, but Steep&Cheap wouldn't listen. It's annoying when a company won't just make a quick call to check the details. Their service is terrible, plain and simple.
