Sephora - Reviews and experiences

Oh my goodness, I can't even deal right now. So, like, I ordered this lipstick and mascara online and it arrived super quickly! But when I got home, it was just left on my porch, like... what if someone took it?! That's not cool at all. And then, when I tried to reach out to them, they wouldn't even give me a refund! Ugh, it's like they don't even care about their customers. I am definitely not purchasing from them again. Grrrr!

My experience with Sephora's online shopping was seriously disappointing. I love the actual store, but the online service was not great at all. I ordered a little something and paid for next day delivery, thinking it would be smooth sailing. But nope, the item didn't show up when they said it would. I got in touch with Customer Service for help, only to get stuck in a loop of answers about their delivery service. I asked for a refund for the item that never arrived, but the whole process was long and not very helpful. So now I'm out the product I bought and feeling pretty annoyed about the whole thing.

OMG, seriously, I can't even with this, eh? I got this lip gloss and mascara from there and it was, like, the worst! They made me sign up for their credit card and then it took FOREVER to ship my stuff. It literally took over a month and they didn't even bother telling me when it was coming. Like, so not cool, y'know?

I was a bit unsure about ordering from this store because I read some not-so-great reviews online. But, I decided to go for it and ordered a product that was way cheaper than anywhere else. To my surprise, everything went smoothly. I placed my order on a Sunday and got a notification that it was shipped out by Tuesday. It ended up arriving on Thursday, so the whole process took only 4 working days. The product was exactly what I wanted and was well packaged. After this good experience, I would definitely think about ordering from them again down the road.

I needed my lip gloss and eyeshadow before Mother's Day because I wanted to look fabulous for my mom, eh. I ordered it with next day delivery, but after 4 days, I still didn't receive it, eh. When I asked where my items were, they told me they didn't have them in stock. Why would you offer next day delivery if you don't have the products, eh? It was so frustrating because I really wanted to use my new lip gloss and eyeshadow for Mother's Day, you know? I eventually got a refund, but it takes 7 days to go back into my account. Not cool, man!
