App & PortalI tried to buy something on the website last time, eh, and man, it was a bit of a gong show. The pages were taking forever to load, and sometimes they just wouldn't load at all. It was a major pain in the butt and took up way more time than I had planned. On top of that, I had earned a reward that was supposed to be good until a specific date, but poof, it vanished before I could even take advantage of it. Between the wonky website and my disappearing rewards, I'm feeling pretty let down and not exactly keen on shopping here again.
