I've been buying stuff from this company since 2012, and I've always been happy with the quality. But, my recent purchase of a washer and dryer was a real headache. The folks on the live chat didn't really know what they were talking about when it came to pricing and technical support, which made it tough to get my order on time. I had to buy stacking tool kits separately when I could've gotten them for free if I bought them together with the washer and dryer. And to top it off, they messed up and ordered two kits instead of one, which just made things more confusing and expensive. The communication between the sales team and the delivery service was also not so great, even though their online tracking was top-notch. I picked the earliest delivery date available, but the delivery never showed up when promised. I had to wait for Samsung to sort things out and reschedule, which wasted a lot of my time. The whole process was way more complicated and frustrating than it needed to be.

I just bought a new TV, eh, and outta nowhere, the picture went all wonky while I was watching. So, I checked it out and found out that one corner of my TV was melted and the screen was cracked on model number un5oj6200afxza. Looks like something in there started a fire or got way too hot, eh.

I sent my phone in for repair and was bummed to see it came back with marks on it. Even the courier's pics before sending it showed no marks. I contacted customer service but they didn't take any action. I'd recommend steering clear of this company for repairs.

I picked up 7 QN900B & QN900C 8K TVs in the last year and every single one of them ended up failing on me. They all got warped, had lines on the screen, and even ended up with water stains inside. I reached out to Samsung customer service, but they didn't seem to care at all about the faulty products. So, I've decided to make the switch to LG for my next TV purchases.

I have a broken monitor and the customer service was terrible. They wanted way too much proof for a refund, so frustrating! Overall, it was a bad experience.

I don't get how this company got any customer service awards when most of the reps couldn't help properly. I'm not expecting perfection, just some basic competence to effectively help customers, eh?

My phone just kept dialing 911 on its own, like no joke. So I tried to get help and the person on the other end was so rude. They wanted to snoop through my other devices to try and fix it. And get this, they straight up lied about not having a supervisor around. So yeah, steer clear of this phone, trust me, you'll thank me later!

My recent purchase of that new smartphone was really disappointing. Even though it looks super sleek and has all these cool features, I was so annoyed to find out that I couldn't really delete the messaging app that came with it. Turns out it was Google Messages, which I found out was snooping in on my pics, sounds, movements, and who knows what else. It invaded my privacy and made me feel totally uneasy and let down by a company I used to trust. Now I'm thinking this phone is more like a spy gadget than a way to communicate, and that's seriously not cool. Because of this crazy invasion of privacy, I decided to return the phone and look for something else that actually values user privacy and security.

I picked up this fancy washer, but it ended up breaking down on me, and Samsung wouldn't lend a hand in getting it fixed. I was under the impression they were supposed to be superior to the cheaper brands, but they just left us high and dry. Definitely steering clear of this brand in the future!

I'm really disappointed with the service I got from Samsung, eh. They said I'd get a promo code for Paramount+ when I bought a Club TV offer in December, but it's been 15 weeks now and still no code. I contacted them in March, and all they gave me was a generic excuse about delays due to high demand. This lack of communication and not keeping their promise is just not cool, eh.
