Stairgate part replacement
I lost a piece of my stairgate that I had put in the attic. I decided to send an email to Safety 1st customer service to see if they could help. To my surprise, they got back to me super quick. A lady named Sophie asked me to send some pictures of the gate and describe the missing part. After I did that, I got a response right away saying they had ordered the part and it would be delivered by DPD. Sophie was a huge help and I was really happy with the service I got from Safety 1st.
Baby gate replacement part
Hey there! So, I sent an email to your customer support team because I needed a replacement part for my baby gate. I was struggling with the gate and needed a new part to make it work properly again. The customer service I got was top-notch. The person I spoke to was really helpful and got back to me super fast. They sorted out my problem quickly and gave me all the details I needed to order the new part. Honestly, I can't think of a better customer service experience I've had with any other company.
Child gate part replacement
I recently contacted the company about a missing piece for my child gate because I moved to a new house. I was really happy with the quick and helpful customer service I got. Sophie, the person I talked to, asked for pictures of the part and some product details. In just one day, I got a message saying the parts were on their way and would arrive in 2-3 days with DPD. And you know what? The parts came today, only 6 days after I first got in touch, and with no extra charge. I am so impressed with the service I got and would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs help like I did. Big thanks to Sophie for going the extra mile to help me out.
Highchair with broken legs
So, we got this highchair, right? And then the legs broke really fast. We went on their website and filled out the complaint form with all the info and pictures they wanted. We waited for like 3 weeks and got no response. Then they asked for the receipt even though the chair wasn't even 2 years old! Can you believe that? We finally found the receipt and sent it to them, and now they're saying it's not their issue and we should talk to the store where we got the chair. Ugh, terrible customer service.

I had a really important question I needed help with. I tried to get in touch with customer service but they haven't been very good at responding to me. It's been almost two weeks now and I still haven't gotten a proper answer to my question. This kind of service is really frustrating and makes me feel like they don't care about me as a customer.
Missing nut in U-Pressure Fir Quick Close + product
I bought this U-Pressure Fir Quick Close + product, but guess what? Missing a crucial nut! So frustrating, 'cause now it's all loose and unsafe. I've tried everything to get in touch - emails, Facebook messages, calls, even reaching out to US support - but no luck. Been waiting 12 days now, even though they said they'd respond in 3. Can you believe it? Blaming the pandemic for their lack of customer service and poor communication skills. Tried tweeting their US support too, but they couldn't help with a UK problem. Be careful if you're thinking of buying from them, you might end up with no support if something goes wrong.
