Child gate part replacement
I recently contacted the company about a missing piece for my child gate because I moved to a new house. I was really happy with the quick and helpful customer service I got. Sophie, the person I talked to, asked for pictures of the part and some product details. In just one day, I got a message saying the parts were on their way and would arrive in 2-3 days with DPD. And you know what? The parts came today, only 6 days after I first got in touch, and with no extra charge. I am so impressed with the service I got and would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs help like I did. Big thanks to Sophie for going the extra mile to help me out.

Unpaid survey, communication issues
I can't believe how unprofessional this company has been. I did all these surveys, waited patiently to get paid, and then nothing. I tried to reach out multiple times but just got automated responses and no help. They didn't even fix my email address like I asked, and then out of nowhere, they deleted my account and took my earnings. That's not how you treat customers if you're a good company. Trust me, don't bother using this survey platform. It's not worth the headache.
