Incorrectly sized item
I bought something from this store not too long ago, but when I got it, turns out it was the wrong size. So I called customer service, and they told me I'd have to pay extra to send it back and get the right one. I wasn't too happy about that, it felt like I was being punished for their mistake. I really do wish they had a more customer-friendly return and exchange system.
T-Shirts
I've been buying Represent t-shirts for a long time and they've always been great, but recently the ones I've gotten don't fit properly! The material or sizes must have changed because the new ones I got are way tighter than my old ones. It's disappointing because I wear them constantly. I might have to start looking for a new place to buy my t-shirts from now on.
Black Hoodie
I just bought a black hoodie from this brand and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how good it is. The material is super soft and comfy, and it fits perfectly. Plus, the delivery was super quick, I got it in just a few days. I'm definitely happy with my purchase and will for sure buy from them again.
Shoes with imperfections
So I bought these shoes online, eh, and man, was I let down. First off, my order took forever to arrive, which totally killed my buzz, y'know? And then when I finally get the shoes, I see all these imperfections on 'em. Like, seriously, for the amount of money I dropped on these, I was expecting way better quality. Plus, when I tried to send 'em back 'cause of the imperfections, turns out I gotta pay for the return shipping since I'm not in the UK. Like, come on, that just added insult to injury. This whole experience left me feeling pretty bummed out about the whole thing, to be honest.
High-quality sophisticated and detailed designs
I've been coming back to this store for years now, and I have to say, their products are top-notch. The designs are so elegant and they pay attention to all the little details. Their latest collection is even better than before, which is saying something because they were already amazing. I definitely feel like every dollar spent here is worth it.

I ordered some clothes and they arrived super fast! I was really excited to try them on. The quality was amazing and they fit me perfectly. I will definitely be getting more things from here.
Misrepresented product
I bought two things from this online store not long ago, and at first, I was pretty impressed with how quickly they were shipped and delivered. But when I got them, I realized they weren't what the website had promised. I thought I was getting sweaters, but they were more like thin long-sleeve shirts, which was a letdown. They've fixed the product description since then, but I still feel like I was tricked. I'm going to send one of the items back, but I'm not happy about having to pay a $10 postage fee. All in all, I was hoping for better quality for the price, and I'm not entirely satisfied with how things turned out.
Vintage colab shirt
I just bought this super cool collab shirt at the store and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how awesome the quality and design are. It has this cool vintage feel that I totally dig, and I'm hoping they come out with more collaborations like this in the future.
