I had a terrible experience with this company. After making a purchase, I reached out multiple times regarding an issue with my order, but never got a response even after leaving 5 messages. It's really frustrating and makes me feel ignored. They clearly don't care about customer service, and it's disappointing that they don't take their customers' concerns seriously. I won't be shopping with them again.

I had a really bad experience with this company. The customer service was basically non-existent - I reached out to them a bunch of times and never heard back. The whole shipping process was a mess, with wrong confirmations and info that kept changing. And even when I sent stuff back, it took forever to get a refund on my credit card. Honestly, the way this company handled things, especially their lack of communication and follow-up, is not okay. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

I got this really cute backpack from this place, but had a few issues. The folks working there were super friendly, but things were moving slow because they were doing repairs. They got everything sorted out though, and I really appreciated how they treated you like a friend. It's nice to know someone has your back, even miles away. I'm pumped and definitely plan on shopping here again.
