Hey there, I just bought a leather purse from this brand. Honestly, I'm pretty bummed out about the quality. I've only had it for 18 months and the handle is already peeling, even though I barely use it. It's weird because I've had leather purses from Coach, Fossil, Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, and Tory Burch that lasted at least 3 years without any issues. I always take good care of my purses, so it's really disappointing to see this one falling apart so soon.

I got this tote bag last year and it was good at first, but then one of the handles broke. I reached out to customer service to see about fixing it or getting a new one, but got no response to my messages or calls. For the price I paid, the quality of the bag was not worth it. I wouldn't suggest buying from this brand.
