I just bought a purse from this store as a Christmas present, but I never got it. So I reached out to customer service to ask about my order, and they quickly gave me a refund instead of sending it again. Plus, they wouldn't give me the discount I used when buying the purse. I was really let down by the whole situation and I thought they would've had better customer service.

So, I ordered this bag, right? And it's been almost 3 weeks now and it still hasn't arrived. I've been emailing them, letting them know that UPS messed up, but they keep saying to check my spam folder or that I'm mistaken. Come on, listen to me!

Those processing and shipping times are just ridiculous! Can you believe it took three whole weeks from the moment I clicked "purchase" to the day it finally arrived at my door? I shop online a lot, and I have never experienced such a slow delivery. I've even received custom items from Etsy faster than this! Seriously, they need to pick up the pace!

My experience with this company was awful. I paid more for express shipping, but my order took weeks to arrive. I tried contacting customer service several times, but never got a reply. It seemed sketchy, like they were selling counterfeit stuff. I've noticed others had similar issues, so I won't buy from them again. There are plenty of other sites, like Nordströms, that sell the same products - I suggest shopping there instead.
