Returns & RefundsSo, I had to return something to this company and man, it was not a good time. Just like some other folks, I sent back my item and haven't heard a peep from customer service. I've tried calling, emailing, and even hitting them up on social media, but no luck. It's super annoying to be ghosted like this, especially when I'm already out of cash for the return. I used to be a regular customer, but now I'm not sure if I want to buy anything from them again.

Returns & RefundsOh man, I was so excited for the shoes I bought online cause they were super cute. But when they finally got here, they didn't even fit! I tried to send them back, but it was such a pain. Customer service wasn't any help at all. I sent the shoes back, but they got sent back to me cause of some 'refused' address issue. Like, really? What a joke. My advice: skip them and shop somewhere else.
