I had a pretty bad experience with the customer service at that store recently. I ordered something online and then got an email saying my order was canceled because of fraud. It took them forever to get back to me when I asked about it, and even then, they weren't very clear about whether the item was still available. They were really slow at communicating and didn't help much, taking ages to reply to emails and never answering the phone. I ended up making a new order, but it's been three days and still no word on what's going on. Overall, I'm super disappointed with the service at that place.

I ordered a big leather tote bag from this store about 12 business days ago, but I haven't heard anything about my order since then. I got a confirmation email right after I placed my order, but that's it. I've tried calling during their business hours, but all I get is an automated message saying no one is available. I've also sent several emails and even tried reaching out through Facebook messenger, but no one has responded. It's really frustrating that they're not communicating with me, especially since I've been a loyal customer in the past. I've already started the process of disputing the charge for my order.
