My experience with the customer service at this store was amazing. The staff knew their stuff and were super helpful in helping me pick out the perfect bedroom furniture set for my home. Ordering was a breeze, and they kept me updated the whole time. The delivery was quick, and the delivery folks were friendly and fast. The only hiccup was that a few screws were missing, which made putting everything together a bit tricky. But all in all, I'm happy with my purchase and the service I received.

I just bought a 70-inch TV from the store after seeing it online. I gave them a call and the guy there really helped me out with my order. He took my payment and scheduled a delivery date all in one go. It was super easy and quick, making the whole thing stress-free for me.

The customer service at this store is absolutely amazing, eh! I was so impressed by how friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable the staff were. Jayson really went out of his way to help me find the perfect patio umbrella. It was great to be able to shop without feeling pressured to buy something. I really valued his expertise and advice. All in all, I had a fantastic shopping experience thanks to the fantastic customer service at this store, eh!

Oh my gosh, we were so excited about our new fridge and freezer from that store. We were like, "Wow, this is such a great deal!" We spent a long time looking at different places, but then we came across this store and it had the best price ever. The guy who worked there was really friendly and answered all our questions, so we knew we were making the right choice.

I just moved to Idaho and decided to check out R.C. Willey for some new living and dining room furniture. The salesperson there really went out of their way to help us find the right pieces that fit our style and budget. They spent a good 3 hours with us, going through all the options and giving us advice so we could make the best choices. We felt like they really cared about us and our needs as customers, and we couldn't be happier with our new furniture.

Got a new LG washer and dryer here recently. Gotta give a big shoutout to Carl Cruz for hooking us up and making the whole process smooth. And major thanks to Steve and Mike, the installers, for their hard work in our tiny laundry room. They were quick and did a great job. From start to finish, the service was excellent.

I just bought a new mattress from this store and it was a good experience. I called to switch the pick-up spot from Orem to Layton because it was too long of a drive from Roy for me. The person I talked to on the phone was super nice and helpful, they even said they could bring the mattress right to my door at no extra charge. I liked how they quickly and easily took care of my request. Everything went smoothly and I got my order on time.
