CommunicationI was freaking out because someone hacked into my credit card and account. Scary stuff, you know? So, I gave the company a call and talked to this lady, who was just meh, not all that helpful. She was like, "Don't worry, I'll fix it." But didn't tell me how I'd know when it's fixed. It's been a while now and I'm still not sure if everything's back to normal with my account. The website says to go to the store, but that's a pain when it comes to credit card stuff.

CommunicationI just bought a new mattress from this store and it was a good experience. I called to switch the pick-up spot from Orem to Layton because it was too long of a drive from Roy for me. The person I talked to on the phone was super nice and helpful, they even said they could bring the mattress right to my door at no extra charge. I liked how they quickly and easily took care of my request. Everything went smoothly and I got my order on time.
