This was my first time shopping at the store and lemme tell ya, I was pretty darn impressed with the service I got. From the second I walked in to check out the carpets to when they were all installed, every person I talked to was super nice, knew their stuff, and just made me feel welcome. Gregory Wilson, the sales guy in the Flooring department, was a real gem. He helped me pick out what I needed and made sure everything went off without a hitch. The end result was fantastic and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality flooring and top-notch customer service.

In general, I had a good time at the store. The salesperson knew their stuff and helped us pick out the perfect bedroom furniture with no hassle. They had a great selection to choose from, and the staff was really helpful in guiding us through the decision-making process. The store had a friendly vibe, and we were happy with the customer service we received.

Buying a new bed after 24 years was pretty overwhelming, but Christopher Aguirre, the sales guy we dealt with, made it a lot easier and more fun. He took the time to answer all our questions, gave us lots of info, and really seemed to care about helping us pick the right bed. Cynthia Berg helped me with matching the colors, making sure I didn't order the wrong items that might have caused damage compared to the floor samples. She also checked in with me to see if I liked how the rug looked in my home. She even fixed an error on my bill to match a discounted price and quickly gave me a refund. Scott Dodge was also super helpful in picking out the right grade of carpet and pad for my office. He made sure the installation date worked for my schedule and followed up to make sure everything was done correctly. Both of them really went the extra mile in providing top-notch customer service and making sure I was completely happy with my purchase.

I had the pleasure of working with Cynthia over at the Boise location when I was buying flooring for my house, and let me tell you, she was amazing. Her knowledge and suggestions really helped me pick out the perfect product for my home. I was grateful for her patience as we brought home multiple samples, but she really knew what she was talking about when it came to design. If you're in the market for flooring, I definitely suggest you go see Cynthia at that location.

When our fridge broke down right before our son's graduation, we thought we'd give the scratch and dent section at the store a look. We ended up buying a fridge, only to find out it was the wrong model. But Sales Associate Erik Escobar came to the rescue and helped us swap it for the right one. He even organized the delivery and pickup before the store opened. Erik's amazing customer service really made the whole thing easy and hassle-free.

I just moved to Idaho and decided to check out R.C. Willey for some new living and dining room furniture. The salesperson there really went out of their way to help us find the right pieces that fit our style and budget. They spent a good 3 hours with us, going through all the options and giving us advice so we could make the best choices. We felt like they really cared about us and our needs as customers, and we couldn't be happier with our new furniture.

Got a new LG washer and dryer here recently. Gotta give a big shoutout to Carl Cruz for hooking us up and making the whole process smooth. And major thanks to Steve and Mike, the installers, for their hard work in our tiny laundry room. They were quick and did a great job. From start to finish, the service was excellent.
