Shorts on sale

Returns & RefundsI bought some shorts on sale, but they were sold out. The customer service suggested sending me a different item, which I agreed to. However, when I got the replacement, it was a used polo with stains and deodorant marks on it. When I told them about the issue, they accused me of staining it, which was annoying. Everyone makes mistakes, but their reaction was not helpful. Instead of fixing it, they just sent me a laundry manual. I didn't even bother trying it on because of that, and I won't be buying from their site again.

DeliveryEven though the products were really good, my experience ordering them was a huge letdown. I had to deal with a bunch of delays and false promises about when my stuff would arrive. Customer service was no help at all, and they didn't want to take responsibility, they even gave me some dishonest reasons for the delays. I had to end up going to the police cuz the company's management was acting all shady and fraudulent.

CommunicationI gotta be real with you, the stuff they sell is top-notch quality and I really dig the styles and designs. But man, ordering from them was a total mess. I placed a bunch of orders and every time there were problems with items being out of stock and the shipping details were super unclear. It seems like they're more into opening new stores and promoting their brand than making sure that ordering stuff from them is smooth. It's pretty ridiculous that they can't even keep track of shipments and give accurate info. And don't even get me started on their customer service - long wait times on the phone and emails taking forever to get a response. Overall, ordering from them was a huge hassle and let-down, especially considering how expensive their products are.
