Poor customer service and lack of communication
Poor customer service and lack of communication
CommunicationMy experience with this company has been super frustrating, eh. It's like they're barely staying afloat as a business. I've tried reaching out multiple times through calls, emails, and messages, but I haven't gotten any response, eh. It's just not right, especially since I already paid for my purchase but haven't received anything in return. And to top it off, they have this automated system that just hangs up on customers - so rude and unprofessional! I'm thinking about taking more serious action to sort this out, eh. This company definitely isn't treating their customers the way they should be.

CommunicationI gotta be real with you, the stuff they sell is top-notch quality and I really dig the styles and designs. But man, ordering from them was a total mess. I placed a bunch of orders and every time there were problems with items being out of stock and the shipping details were super unclear. It seems like they're more into opening new stores and promoting their brand than making sure that ordering stuff from them is smooth. It's pretty ridiculous that they can't even keep track of shipments and give accurate info. And don't even get me started on their customer service - long wait times on the phone and emails taking forever to get a response. Overall, ordering from them was a huge hassle and let-down, especially considering how expensive their products are.
