Psycho Bunny - Reviews and experiences

My experience ordering t-shirts from them was so frustrating. I ordered 4 shirts on February 21st, but only got 2. The shipment got lost and never made it to the shipping company. I contacted customer service, and they gave me the wrong tracking number three times before admitting the shipment was messed up. It took them six weeks to do anything about it. And even after they finally sent one shirt last week, the tracking number they gave me doesn't even work. I'm thinking about asking for a refund through my credit card company now.

I had a big problem with my order, eh. It took forever to get it because the delivery company lost it, even though they gave me a tracking number. I had to wait for weeks and it was very confusing. Finally, they gave me all my money back. It was so frustrating and disappointing, especially since I had problems with a previous order and even used a discount code.

The T-shirts from this company are amazing! I really loved the design and how well they fit. The quality and overall look of the product impressed me a lot. But, the shipping experience was a letdown. It took a whole 4 weeks for my order to reach a sorting center in Canada from the US, and now, after a month of waiting, it's only made it to a processing center in Alberta. This long delay has definitely affected my satisfaction with the brand.

I ordered a black hoodie and a white t-shirt from this shop, but UPS ended up losing my package. I spent two weeks going back and forth between Psycho Bunny and UPS, and both were blaming each other, saying it was my issue. Luckily, I had AMEX on my side and managed to stop the payment. Both companies showed disgraceful behavior and zero accountability.

Even though the products were really good, my experience ordering them was a huge letdown. I had to deal with a bunch of delays and false promises about when my stuff would arrive. Customer service was no help at all, and they didn't want to take responsibility, they even gave me some dishonest reasons for the delays. I had to end up going to the police cuz the company's management was acting all shady and fraudulent.
