This company was just terrible to deal with! My wife ordered two polo shirts for Father's Day and they sent us the wrong ones. We've been trying to fix things with them through emails, but their customer service team is completely ignoring us. Can you believe they even sent us a return label for items we never got? It's ridiculous how little they seem to care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

I ordered some clothes from this company, but then got an email saying they cancelled my order because some items were out of stock. I was pretty annoyed because I don't get why they would show stuff on their website that they don't actually have. I've never had this issue with a UK company before. If I don't get my money back soon, I'll have to call my bank and deal with a whole process to get it back. I'm really disappointed with this American company and how they handled everything.

I used to really like this brand and I bought tons of their pricey clothes. But now I'm so mad because they totally scammed me! I tried to use a gift card and it wouldn't work. When I called customer service, they told me they couldn't assist me even though it was their mistake! Now I'm out $300 and they're not doing anything to fix it. I'm so annoyed, I don't trust them at all now!

I bought some shorts on sale, but they were sold out. The customer service suggested sending me a different item, which I agreed to. However, when I got the replacement, it was a used polo with stains and deodorant marks on it. When I told them about the issue, they accused me of staining it, which was annoying. Everyone makes mistakes, but their reaction was not helpful. Instead of fixing it, they just sent me a laundry manual. I didn't even bother trying it on because of that, and I won't be buying from their site again.
