    Easy online purchase

    I recently bought something from this website and it was so easy. The online store is really easy to use and finding what I needed was simple. Checking out was fast and stress-free, making the whole shopping experience enjoyable. The customer service was great too. They helped me out quickly whenever I had questions or issues. The only thing I noticed was that the packaging for shipping could be better. It didn't seem as secure as what I've seen from other places, which could lead to damage during delivery. But the awesome customer service made up for any issues with the shipping. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and will definitely shop here again in the future.

    Specific franchise, Funko pops, sold out items

    As a customer, it was really challenging for me to find Funko pops from the franchise I wanted. I was bummed out because a lot of the stuff I wanted was already sold out. It would have been way better if the sold-out button was a different color than the 'buy now' button, so it's easier for us to see what we can't get. Also, if they marked pre-order stuff with a different shade or label, it would have made it way easier to navigate the website. I think they could definitely make some improvements in terms of product availability and giving us visual cues.

    First-time Funko Pop purchase

    I just bought something from this website for the first time and I gotta say, I was super impressed with the whole thing. They had a great selection of Funko Pops, and even though I only meant to get one set, I ended up caving and adding a few more to my cart. I couldn't resist the Batman collection - it was just too cool to pass up. The website was easy to use, ordering was a breeze, and my stuff got here really quickly, which was a nice surprise. I'm really happy with my purchase overall and definitely plan on coming back for more in the future.

    The website was super easy to use, making it a breeze to browse all the different products. I liked how they clearly showed if something was available for pre-order, in stock, or sold out.     Exclusive and classic Funko Pop subscriptions

    As someone new to collecting Funko Pops, I gotta say I've been really happy with my exclusive and classic subscriptions from this site. Being able to pre-order stuff is awesome, especially because there are a couple things I'm super pumped for. And getting a surprise in the mail every month with the subscription boxes just adds to the fun of my collecting adventure.

    Recent pre-order delays and cancellations

    I've been having a lot of issues with pre-orders from this company and it's been pretty disappointing. The worst part is that they just canceled two of my pre-orders out of the blue with no explanation. Dealing with a company that can't stick to their promises is really frustrating. I feel really disappointed in how they're handling things - it's like they're not taking any responsibility or acting professionally when it comes to pre-orders. If they're taking orders from customers, they should be able to come through and deliver like they said they would.

    Out of stock items

    I gotta be real with you - it's kind of annoying when I can't find what I'm looking for because it's out of stock. Have you thought about removing those options or making a discontinued section? Just a suggestion. It might not seem like a big deal, but it's definitely frustrating. On the bright side, there are so many cool choices to pick from, so overall the selection is pretty great.

    Marvel Pop Figures

    Pop in a Box is always coming through with the Marvel Pop figures in top-notch shape. Every month they keep it interesting with a mix of characters to pick from. The only bummer is sometimes the shipping timing can be all over the place, you never know when it'll show up. But hey, I've never had any problems getting my order so it's all good.

    Themed mystery boxes for Disney Pop collectors

    I really like how they have themed mystery boxes, especially for Disney Pop collectors like me. It's awesome to have a subscription service that focuses on my interests. But I wish they showed more examples of what pops could be in each themed box. I'd like to have a better idea of what I might get before buying one.

    Had an order get canned because of some supplier problems, but they made up for it by giving me a discount on my next purchase. Used that sweet discount during a Black Friday sale and saved even more money. Can't wait for my son to get his hands on those Funkos, and I'm totally stoked about the deals.

    Funko pop collectibles

    Eh, so I've bought Funko pop collectibles from this place a few times, and I gotta say, I really like the selection they have. The only thing that bothers me is the shipping costs, eh, especially since I live in Canada, eh. Paying almost $16 for shipping every time really adds up, eh, and it's tough for me to buy stuff from this store more often, you know? I wish they would think about giving us Canadians more affordable shipping options, you know, especially for us on a budget or students with minimum wage jobs. It's a bummer because the products are awesome, but the shipping costs make it hard to buy from here on the regular, eh.

    Funko Pop figure

    The Funko Pop figures they offer are always awesome and it's great that they don't slap on extra charges for shipping. But man, my last shipment took forever to show up - almost a month after I ordered it. I put in the order on October 13th and didn't get it until November 17th. That kind of wait time is just not cool and really bums me out. Hopefully they can get their act together and speed up their shipping game so they don't let us down in the future.

    My recent Funko Pop order

    I got two Funko Pops a while back, but they showed up all beat up. The shipping box looked fine, so I don't know what happened. I've only had half of my orders come in good shape, which is pretty disappointing. Most of the time, they don't even bother to add any protection when they ship them out. I've tried suggesting better packaging, even offered to pay extra for protective cases, but it hasn't made a difference. Returning stuff is a pain and doesn't seem fair at all. If I can't find the same thing somewhere else for a decent price, I have to take my chances again. I really hope companies start caring more about quality than quantity moving forward.

    Cancelled order due to time constraints

    I had to cancel an order the other day because I was short on time, and it was so annoying that there wasn't a phone number I could call for help right away. I only had 15 minutes to cancel before it was too late, and having to wait for a response through messages was not what I wanted. But, I'm glad that they sorted it out and gave me a refund in the end. The item was actually a gift for a friend, so I couldn't return it myself.
