I just got a bike from this company, and to be honest, I have some mixed feelings about it. On one hand, the bike itself is top-notch and rides like a dream on all kinds of different surfaces. But, I did run into some problems with ordering and getting it delivered that really got on my nerves.

I had to cancel an order the other day because I was short on time, and it was so annoying that there wasn't a phone number I could call for help right away. I only had 15 minutes to cancel before it was too late, and having to wait for a response through messages was not what I wanted. But, I'm glad that they sorted it out and gave me a refund in the end. The item was actually a gift for a friend, so I couldn't return it myself.
