Long-time customer, high-quality products, disappointing collaboration, poor customer service
Long-time customer, high-quality products, disappointing collaboration, poor customer service
OverallAs someone who's been shopping with this company for a while now, I gotta say, I've always been pretty impressed with the great quality stuff and top-notch service from the UK office. The staff knew their stuff, deliveries were fast, and returns were easy peasy. But then last year, they teamed up with this designer and man, what a letdown. The clothes were just plain ugly and way too pricey, totally not in line with their usual classy vibe. And to top it off, out of nowhere, they went out of business earlier this year. What a shame.
Sweater
Sweater
ProductI got this really awesome sweater and it arrived super quick. It looked really nice and pretty when it came, and it's even better than in the pictures. It's so comfy and soft, I just love it!
Long sleeve top
Long sleeve top
CommunicationI bought a long sleeve top for my mom for Christmas on November 20th. I couldn't wait for her to get it! But then I never got an email confirming my order. I started to think maybe I imagined the whole thing. But nope, more than a month later, I got a phone call with terrible reception, I could hardly hear. Turns out they didn't even have the top in stock! How could they do that to my mom, who just wanted a new outfit? I don't think we'll be shopping here again.
Thin material, piling after two wears
Thin material, piling after two wears
ProductSo, eh, I got this shirt and I was so excited to wear it, but then it just started piling after only two times! That's not cool, you know? And then when I called customer service to complain, they were so mean and didn't even try to make it right. I totally agree with what everyone else is saying about them losing their reputation for being all fancy and stuff. It's a bummer, man.
