So, eh, I got this shirt and I was so excited to wear it, but then it just started piling after only two times! That's not cool, you know? And then when I called customer service to complain, they were so mean and didn't even try to make it right. I totally agree with what everyone else is saying about them losing their reputation for being all fancy and stuff. It's a bummer, man.
