Long sleeve top
I bought a long sleeve top for my mom for Christmas on November 20th. I couldn't wait for her to get it! But then I never got an email confirming my order. I started to think maybe I imagined the whole thing. But nope, more than a month later, I got a phone call with terrible reception, I could hardly hear. Turns out they didn't even have the top in stock! How could they do that to my mom, who just wanted a new outfit? I don't think we'll be shopping here again.

Tour booking, detailed website, installment payments
I recently booked a tour through this company and I gotta say, my feelings about it are kind of all over the place. The website is pretty good though, like super organized and gives you all the details you need about each tour option. It was easy to find what I was looking for and sort through all the choices. But when it came to talking to customer service, it was a bit much. I reached out through the chat and got bombarded with reminders and questions in every chat, which felt a little too pushy. Eventually, they did help me book my tour, and I did like that I could pay in installments. The service was clear and easy to use, but those reminders got on my nerves after a while.
