Christmas Barbie clothes for my 6-year-old
I recently bought some Christmas Barbie clothes for my 6-year-old daughter from an online store. Unfortunately, the package went missing during delivery and the tracking info hadn't been updated for over 20 days. With Christmas around the corner, I was getting really worried about not getting the clothes in time. I contacted the customer service team several times, sharing my concerns and how desperate I was feeling. The folks at the company really went above and beyond to track down the lost package using different carriers and made sure I got it just in time for Christmas morning. Their dedication to making sure customers are happy is top-notch. I've never had such amazing service from any other company before. I'm so thankful for all their hard work and can't thank them enough for making my daughter's Christmas wish a reality.
First-time shopper at a similar online retailer
I just bought something for the first time from this online store and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how it all went down. The stuff I got was pretty much the same as what you'd find at big-name stores, and it got to me real fast, especially considering it had to come all the way from China. One of the things I got, a sweater for my kid, turned out to be a bit smaller than I thought it'd be, but everything else was top-notch quality and exactly like the descriptions. Lesson learned- gotta go a size up for the little one next time. The customer service was amazing, they kept me updated on where my package was. Had a little hiccup when the delivery company slacked off, but the customer service peeps called me right away and fixed it up quick. I'm definitely gonna shop on this site again in the future.
Maternity and baby clothing
As someone who has been shopping at this online store for maternity and baby clothes for a while now, I have to say, I've been really happy with everything. The clothes are top-notch quality, though I did notice that some of them were a bit bigger than I expected – but hey, that happens with different brands, right? My buddy told me about this great store called PatPat, and now I'm totally hooked. I got some adorable baby clothes and accessories, and they were all really top-notch. I also grabbed some maternity bras, but they turned out a bit snug. Thankfully, the customer service folks were super friendly and fixed that up for me in a flash. Typo on address, contacted customer service
Sorry about that! I goofed up my address when ordering, so I reached out to customer service for some help. Even though they couldn't actually change the address, they quickly sent me the tracking info and details for the shipping company. Armed with that info, I was able to fix the mistake on my end. And let me tell you, the dresses I got are just too cute! They'll be perfect for Easter this year.
Baby outfits for a friend
I absolutely loved the baby outfits I sent to my friend, eh? But come on, why wasn't there a way to add a gift message or receipt, eh? I had to give her a call to let her know it was from me. Can you please sort this out? Besides that, the kids' clothes are so cute, eh.

A brand that has been established for a long time, I have bought it many times, the most recent one, last month, I bought 14 pieces of baby clothes and daily necessities at one time. I like each one very much, and the quality exceeds expectations.
New clothes
I just got some new clothes from this app and they're all so cute and stylish. The service was top-notch, the team was really friendly and they helped me out with any problems I had. I totally suggest this app to all my friends!
Baby items sizing issue
