The folks over there are just so friendly and willing to lend a hand. They were really quick to help me out with my questions and did it all with a great attitude. When I needed to return something, they took care of it in no time. Just keep in mind, they might take a little longer to respond or send things out due to the different time zones.

I just bought a pair of size 25 high-waisted shorts from this store. But when I got them, they were a bit smaller than I expected. Even though I measured myself and used their size chart, the shorts were a bit tight. I emailed customer service to ask about exchanging them, but didn't hear back. So, I messaged their Instagram as a last resort. Tara from customer service replied quickly and was amazing! She answered all my questions and said they would process the exchange once they got the item back. As a new customer, I was really impressed with this great service. Tara really went above and beyond. Now I can't wait for my new shorts to arrive, hoping they fit better this time. Despite this small issue, I have to say I love the quality of the shorts. They are definitely better than what you usually find at places like Pac Sun or Levi's.

I bought a pair of shorts at this store not too long ago and had a problem with one of them. I tried to get a refund by reaching out to their customer service team, but they ignored all my emails, which was really disappointing. I had to message them on Instagram to finally get some help with the issue, but even then, it was a struggle. I felt like they didn't take my concerns seriously and left me feeling pretty frustrated and unsatisfied with the whole thing. I wouldn't suggest shopping at this store online because their customer service just isn't up to par.
