I was actually relieved when I realised the store credit finally worked for me. At first I was furious — ordered two jean sizes, couldn't get a refund — same old story with return rules. But after chatting with a rep and using the $400 credit on a better pair, I felt oddly pleased, and surprised by the quick delivery. Still annoyed about the policy though.

I ordered a pair of shorts from this store, thinking they would fit me well according to my measurements. But dang it, even though I got a size smaller, they're still too big on me. I've tried so many times to return the jeans I bought, but I can't find the order ID number because they didn't include it in the package! I logged into my account like 5 times and just kept getting lost. And then when I finally tried to return them, the page didn't even exist! The jeans were nothing like the ones online, they didn't even fit me, and they were so ugly. Now I'm stuck with them and a big charge on my card for something I don't even want.
