I bought some jeans from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty upset with their return policy. I got two sizes because I know they can fit differently depending on the brand, but when I tried to return them, they wouldn't give me my money back. All they offered was store credit worth $400. It doesn't make any sense to me and it's really annoying. Just a heads up, be careful if you're thinking about buying from them.

I recently bought 4 things from this store and they cost me nearly $400. But when I got them, I realized they didn't fit right and the quality wasn't great. And when I tried to give them back, they only gave me store credit. I was really hoping for my money back after spending so much. The return policy was a big disappointment and now I'm not planning on shopping there again, even if there's stuff I like later.

Oh man, the fit was brutal! I totally should've looked up the return policy on the website before I bought it. It's crazy that they don't even do refunds or exchanges. Like, seriously uncool!

I ordered a pair of shorts from this store, thinking they would fit me well according to my measurements. But dang it, even though I got a size smaller, they're still too big on me. I might have to go down another size or two to make them work. Anyways, despite all that, I do think the shorts are pretty cute. But you know what? I ain't too thrilled about the return policy here. It's a whole bunch of trouble to deal with returning stuff, especially when it doesn't fit right in the first place. This store better be thankful 'cause they're the only ones with these kinda shorts that I actually like. It's tough finding this style anywhere else. Wish more stores would carry 'em so I'd have more choices.

I've tried so many times to return the jeans I bought, but I can't find the order ID number because they didn't include it in the package! I logged into my account like 5 times and just kept getting lost. And then when I finally tried to return them, the page didn't even exist! The jeans were nothing like the ones online, they didn't even fit me, and they were so ugly. Now I'm stuck with them and a big charge on my card for something I don't even want.
