Finally not all bad
Finally not all bad
Returns & RefundsI was actually relieved when I realised the store credit finally worked for me. At first I was furious — ordered two jean sizes, couldn't get a refund — same old story with return rules. But after chatting with a rep and using the $400 credit on a better pair, I felt oddly pleased, and surprised by the quick delivery. Still annoyed about the policy though.
Credit extended, mixed feelings

Returns & Refundshappy they helped, but still cautious. I returned an item after a move and didn't have time to shop right away, so the original six-month store credit rule was a real problem. I pushed back — politely — and after a couple emails they extended my credit to a full year, which I really appreciated. So credit where it's due: they listened and made an exception. Still, it's annoying that six months is the default, especially since stock disappears fast here and you might not find what you want in that window. I'd use them again, but I’d be careful and try to sort returns quickly. Glad it worked out though, honestly.

Returns & Refundsthe online return process was surprisingly smooth and the refund reached my card faster than I expected. Advice: save yourself a trip and call first. Also the shoes were pretty comfy, oddly enough.
Not coming back — lost return, no replies
Not coming back — lost return, no replies
Returns & RefundsNot coming back — they lost my return and kept silent, so I won't shop here again. I sent two items back to their New Jersey shop with UPS, insured and signature required, and the tracking shows delivery and a dock signature. Still no store credit, no replies to three emails from the website, and the customer-service number listed goes to some Asian card company called "One" — weird. The site promised a confirmation email with a reference number; I never got a thing. I used to have better luck with other small brands, so this was unexpected and kind of disappointing. I get mistakes happen, but radio silence and a wrong phone number feels like stonewalling. I’d appreciate a straightforward answer and my credit, that's all. Feeling frustrated but hoping they'll fix it. Also, a simple update would have helped, really, please.
Shorts, signatures and a wallet squeeze
Shorts, signatures and a wallet squeeze
Returns & Refundssizing. They feel okay though; decent denim, soft after a wash and comfy enough for bike rides and the playground. The annoying part was the whole ordering circus: adult signature required (for jean shorts? seriously), then we had to deal with two rounds of shipping because everything runs about two sizes big. So we paid to get them here, paid to ship them back, and paid to reorder — ended up spending roughly fifty extra bucks on postage. No refunds, only store credit, which felt petty. Customer service wasn’t rude but didn’t actually solve anything; a lot of scripted responses. Not a terrible product — my daughter uses the pair for messy backyard days — but the process was a real pain. Probably won’t order from them again.
Recent jean purchase
Recent jean purchase
Returns & RefundsI bought some jeans from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty upset with their return policy. I got two sizes because I know they can fit differently depending on the brand, but when I tried to return them, they wouldn't give me my money back. All they offered was store credit worth $400. It doesn't make any sense to me and it's really annoying. Just a heads up, be careful if you're thinking about buying from them.
$400 purchase, disappointing return policy
$400 purchase, disappointing return policy
Returns & RefundsI recently bought 4 things from this store and they cost me nearly $400. But when I got them, I realized they didn't fit right and the quality wasn't great. And when I tried to give them back, they only gave me store credit. I was really hoping for my money back after spending so much. The return policy was a big disappointment and now I'm not planning on shopping there again, even if there's stuff I like later.
Bad fit, no refunds
Bad fit, no refunds
Returns & RefundsOh man, the fit was brutal! I totally should've looked up the return policy on the website before I bought it. It's crazy that they don't even do refunds or exchanges. Like, seriously uncool!
Shorts sizing issue
Shorts sizing issue
Returns & RefundsI ordered a pair of shorts from this store, thinking they would fit me well according to my measurements. But dang it, even though I got a size smaller, they're still too big on me. I might have to go down another size or two to make them work. Anyways, despite all that, I do think the shorts are pretty cute. But you know what? I ain't too thrilled about the return policy here. It's a whole bunch of trouble to deal with returning stuff, especially when it doesn't fit right in the first place. This store better be thankful 'cause they're the only ones with these kinda shorts that I actually like. It's tough finding this style anywhere else. Wish more stores would carry 'em so I'd have more choices.
Bad jeans, unable to return
Bad jeans, unable to return
Returns & RefundsI've tried so many times to return the jeans I bought, but I can't find the order ID number because they didn't include it in the package! I logged into my account like 5 times and just kept getting lost. And then when I finally tried to return them, the page didn't even exist! The jeans were nothing like the ones online, they didn't even fit me, and they were so ugly. Now I'm stuck with them and a big charge on my card for something I don't even want.
